Questions, answered

Getting started

Is Novaryq available in India today?

India is pre-launch. Join the early-access list for a walkthrough; any pilot date depends on production-readiness, provider certification, regional infrastructure and legal review.

How do payments work?

Razorpay/UPI is planned for India pilots. Merchant setup, dynamic QR, webhook handling, settlement, production wiring, certification and third-party charges must be confirmed before live use.

Do my staff need new hardware?

We review existing Android devices and printers for compatibility. Supported hardware, operational device licences and onboarding requirements are documented in the written proposal.

Payments & compliance

Is it GST compliant?

The early-access build provides region-aware tax configuration plus GSTIN and HSN/SAC data. Invoice presentation, filing outputs and applicable rates must be reviewed with your CA and certified before launch.

What about my guests’ data?

Hosting location, data handling and DPDP-specific terms will be documented before any pilot is approved. This early-access page does not represent an India production stack as live.

Platform & devices

Do you sell hardware?

Regional early access is software-led. Compatible devices, printers, procurement responsibilities and any related fees are confirmed in the written pilot proposal.

Is there a mobile app?

The POS runs in any modern browser today, including on tablets and phones. Dedicated Android and iOS apps are coming soon.

Does it work offline?

Cash-order queueing is available for pilot validation. Card acceptance and other connected services still depend on network and provider availability.

Can I run multiple outlets?

Multi-outlet management is a platform capability. Locations, permissions, reporting and commercial scope are confirmed in the pilot proposal.

Data & migration

Can I bring my menu from my current POS?

We assess the source system and document which menus, categories, modifiers and guest records can be imported and reconciled during the pilot.

Who owns my data?

You do. Your menu, orders and guest list are exportable at any time, and we never sell personal information.
